摘要
本文对涉及消防部门的舆情防控机制进行了研究,以案例为依据,介绍了涉消网络舆情概念及传播特点,设计了涉消网络舆情防控系统,对其三个子系统的功能和实现途径进行了明确,分别建立了舆情监测和预警指标体系,进一步提出了涉消网络舆情的管控措施,本文的研究成果对消防救援部门应对舆情危机有一定的指导意义。
This paper studies the risk prevention and control mechanism of online public opinion involving fire departments.Based on actual cases,the paper introduces the concept and communication characteristics of online public opinion concerning fire departments,designs risk prevention and control system and makes clear the function and ways of realization of its three subsystem.In addition,public opinion monitoring and early warning index system are established while the management and control measures of online public opinion crisis are further proposed,which has guiding significance for fire departments dealing with public opinion crisis.
