Objective To analyze clinical values of glycosylated hemoglobin detection in early pregnancy in diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 1000 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from July 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study group.Another 1,000 healthy pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group. All patients received glycosylated hemoglobin detection in early pregnancy.Fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose were measured, and results were compared. Results Fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were all higher than those in the control group and the positive rate of each index was higher than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in height between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of body mass, body mass index and family history of diabetes in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus, the application of glycosylated hemoglobin detection in early pregnancy has significant clinical value and it can detect patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in time to facilitate timely intervention and management.
