责任制整体护理对突发性耳聋患者不良情绪和治疗依从性的影响

Effects of responsibility holistic nursing on negative emotions and treatment compliance of patients with sudden deafness

目的探讨责任制整体护理对突发性耳聋患者不良情绪和治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2017年9月~2018年9月在我院就诊的突发性耳聋患者66例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组33例和观察组33例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受责任制整体护理。观察两组患者焦虑情绪变化(SAS评分)、治疗依从性和治疗有效率。结果护理后,两组的焦虑程度均比护理前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组的下降程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗依从性显著高于对照组(90.91%vs 63.64%,P<0.05);且观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(96.97%vs 81.82%,P<0.05)。结论对于突发性耳聋患者,责任制整体护理具有更优的护理效果,可显著缓解患者的焦虑情绪,提高治疗依从性和有效率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of responsibility holistic nursing on negative emotions and treatment compliance of patients with sudden deafness.Methods 66 patients with sudden deafness who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given responsibility holistic nursing.The changes of self-rating anxiety scale score(SAS score),treatment compliance and effective rate of treatment of the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,the anxiety level of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of decline in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.91%vs 63.64%,P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.97%vs 81.82%,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with sudden deafness,the responsibility holistic nursing has better nursing effects,which can significantly alleviate the anxiety of patients,improve treatment compliance and effective rate of treatment.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
