显微手外科断指再植手术的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing of digit rplantation in department of microHand surgery

目的探讨显微手外科断指再植手术的围术期护理效果。方法选取2017年7月~2018年12月我院收治的90例行断指再植手术患者,依照入院顺序,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=50),对照组施以常规护理,观察组施以围术期综合护理,观察两组患者护理前与护理1个月后的焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分、两组患者的再植成活率与血管危象发生情况、临床护理满意度情况与临床护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者的SAS与SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理1个月后,观察组的SAS与SDS评分明显降低,并且观察组的再植成活率、临床护理总有效率明显较高,血管危象发生率明显较低,临床护理满意度明显较高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对显微手外科断指再植手术患者予以综合围术期护理具有显著效果。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing effect of digit replantation in department of micro hand surgery.Methods 90 patients who were admitted to our hospital and underwentdigit replantation from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected.According to the admission order,they were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=50)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given perioperative comprehensive nursing.The anxiety(SAS)score and depression(SDS)score before nursing and one month after nursing,replantation survival rate,occurrence of vascular crisis,clinical nursing satisfaction and clinical nursing effect of the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 1 month of nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly reduced.Moreover,the replantationsurvival rate of and the total effective rate of clinical nursing were significantly higher in the observation group,the incidence of vascular crisis was significantly lower and the satisfaction of clinical nursing was significantly higher.The difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative nursing for patients undergoing digit replantation in department of micro hand surgery has a significant effect.
