人性化教育护理模式对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性和临床症状的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析人性化教育护理模式对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2017年7月~2018年7月我院收治的精神分裂症患者82例作为研究对象,回顾所有患者临床资料,以不同的护理方案将其分为对照组与观察组,每组均41例。对照组采用常规护理,基于此,观察组增加人性化教育护理模式,对比两组治疗依从性、临床症状评分、SDSS评分。结果治疗依从性与对照组相比,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床症状评分、SDSS评分与对照组相比,观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化教育护理模式应用于精神分裂症患者临床护理中,不仅可以提高治疗依从性,还可以改善临床症状,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effects of humanized education nursing mode on treatment compliance of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 82 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as subjects of this study.The clinical data of all patients were reviewed and divided into the control group and the observation group based on different nursing schemes,41 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing.Based on this,the observation group added humanized education nursing mode.The two groups were compared for treatment compliance,clinical symptom score and SDSS score.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and had statistical significance(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score and SDSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized education nursing model applied in the clinical nursing of patients with schizophrenia can not only improve the treatment compliance,but also improve the clinical symptoms,which is worthy of popularization and application.
