护理关怀理念改善ICU危重患者护理质量及满意度的效果

Effects of nursing care concept on improving nursing quality and satisfaction of critically ill patients in ICU

目的观察护理关怀理念对提高ICU危重患者护理质量及满意度的临床效果。方法选取我院在2018年1~11月收治的70例ICU病房危重症患者,随机分成对照组35例与观察组35例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在其基础上加入护理人文关怀理念,护理后对比两组护理质量与患者满意度。结果两组护理质量与患者满意度比较,观察组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU危重患者临床护理工作中加入护理关怀,可明显改善患者的护理质量,提升患者对护理服务的满意度,可以在ICU患者护理中推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing care concept on improving nursing quality and satisfaction of critically ill patients in ICU.Methods Seventy critically ill patients treated in ICU wards of our hospital from January to November 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group(35 patients)and the observation group(35 patients)according to the random distribution method.The control group was given conventional nursing careand the observation group was added with humanistic nursing care concepton the basis of the control group.The nursing quality and patient satisfaction after nursing were compared.Results The nursing quality and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of nursing care concept in the clinical nursing work of critically ill patients in ICU can significantly improve the nursing quality for patients and their satisfaction with nursing services,which can be promoted and applied in ICU patient nursing.
