手术配合护理在白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the application effect of operation combined with nursing in cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation

目的探究在白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术护理中应用手术配合护理方法所产生的应用效果。方法在本院进行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入手术的患者有78例,时间为2018年1月~2019年3月,按照随机分组方式进行分组,每组39例。对照组采用常规护理法,观察组采用手术配合护理法。结果观察组住院时间及住院费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率观察组更低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术手术的护理中应用手术配合护理方法,使医学临床指标更为优化,且并发症发生率也更低,患者对该种护理方法也更为认可。

Objective To explore theapplication effect of operation combined with nursing in cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Methods 78 patients who underwent cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 39 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing method while the observation group was given operation combined with nursing.Results The hospital stay and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operation combined with nursing in cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation can optimize the medical clinical indexes and lower the incidence of complications.Patients are also more recognized for this type of nursing.
