导乐陪伴分娩护理模式对顺产产程的影响

Effect of Doula accompanying childbirth care mode on natural delivery process

目的探讨导乐陪伴分娩护理模式对顺产产程的影响。方法选取我院2017年12月~2018年12月100例顺产产妇,将患者随机分为两组,每组50例,一组为对照组,采用常规分娩护理。另一组为观察组,采用导乐陪伴分娩护理模式。观察比较两组产妇的产程时间、分娩方式,以及护理满意率。结果观察组产妇的第一产程、第二产程、总产程时间较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的自然分娩率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的护理满意率为96.00%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导乐陪伴分娩护理模式能够明显缩短产妇的顺产产程,促进患者自然分娩,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of Doula accompanying childbirth care mode on natural delivery process.Methods 100 cases of maternal delivery were selected from December 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 in each group.One group was the control group and the conventional delivery care was used.The other group was the observation group,which used a Doula accompanying childbirth care mode.The labor time,mode of delivery,and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total labor time of the observation group were shorter than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the women in the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group(74.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Doula accompanying childbirth care mode can significantly shorten the maternal delivery process,promote the natural delivery of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
