摘要
目的比较重症脑出血患者采用不同营养剂行早期肠内营养支持治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年11月~2019年4月的重症脑出血患者102例,随机分为对照组51例,观察组51例。对照组采用瑞代行早期肠内营养支持治疗,观察组应用瑞能行早期肠内营养支持治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果经过治疗2周后,观察组的血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)和血红蛋白(Hb)水平升高的程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的空腹血糖(Glu)水平升高的程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生方面,观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为5.88%与7.84%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞能在重症脑出血患者的早期肠内营养支持治疗中可以提供高蛋白,提高患者的营养,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To compare clinical curative effects of early enteral nutrition support therapy with different nutritional agents in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 102 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted and treated from November 2016 to April 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given early enteral nutrition support therapy with fresubin diabetes while the observation group was given early enteral nutrition support therapy with supportan.Clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum total protein(TP),serum albumin(ALB)and hemoglobin(Hb)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of fasting blood glucose(Glu)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were respectively 5.88%and 7.84%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Supportan in early enteral nutrition support therapy for patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage can provide high protein and improve the nutrition of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical practice.
