改良闭口式印模法对修复老年低平牙槽嵴全口义齿修复的有效性与安全性

Effectiveness and safety of modified closed-form impression method in complete denture restoration of elderly patients with low-level alveolar ridge

目的评价老年低平牙槽嵴全口义齿修复选择改良闭口式印模法的修复效果和安全性。方法选择本院在2017年6月~2019年3月收治的96例老年牙槽嵴全口义齿修复患者作为此次实验的观察样本,依照随机数字表法分为对照组(48例)和研究组(48例),对照组以传统开口印模法为主,研究组以改良闭口印模法为主,比较两组患者修复效果、满意度、不良反应发生情况、义齿质量合格率。结果研究组固位性、舒适度、语言功能、咀嚼功能等评分均显著比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组固位、稳定、基托边缘伸展义齿质量合格率以及对修复效果的满意度作比较,对照组均低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率与研究组不良反应发生率比较,后者明显比前者低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于传统开口印模法,改良闭口印模法对老年低平牙槽嵴全口义齿具有良好的修复效果,且安全可靠,患者满意度高,值得在临床治疗中广泛应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of modified closed-form impression method in complete denture restoration of elderly patients with low-level alveolar ridge.Methods 96 elderly patients with low-level alveolar ridge who underwent complete denture restoration from June 2017 to March 2019 in our hospital were selected as observation samples of this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and study group(48 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional open impression method,and the study group was treated with modified closed-form impression method.The restoration effect,satisfaction,incidence of adverse reaction,and the qualified rate of denture quality were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of retention,comfort,language function and chewing function of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The retention,stability,the qualified rate of the extended denture at the edge of denture base and the satisfaction rate of the restoration effect in the control group was lower than those in the study group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional open impression method,the modified closed-form impression method has a good restoration effect on complete denture in elderly patients with low-level alveolar ridge,which is safe and reliable,and shows high patient satisfaction.Therefore,it is worthy of wide application in clinical treatment.
