科研院所发挥党外知识分子作用的实践与思考

Practice and reflection on the role of non-party intellectuals in the scientific research institutes

进入新时代,知识分子在创新型国家建设过程中发挥着十分重要的作用。科研院所作为科研机构,知识分子云集,而科研院所党外知识分子是其中一支不可缺少并举足轻重的队伍,是科研院所发展的中坚力量。对党外知识分子作用发挥的研究对促进科研院所的健康稳定发展具有重大的理论和现实意义。为此,本文在分析科研院所党外知识分子特点的基础上,梳理出科研院所党外知识分子作用发挥的现状和存在的问题,进行客观分析,从政治引领、思想引领、党务队伍、建立健全组织平台等方面进行思考,提出对策思考。

In the new era,intellectuals play a very important role in the process of innovative national construction.Asscientific research institutions,scientific research institutesinclude many intellectuals.Among them,the nonparty intellectualsare one of the indispensable and important teams,which are also the backbone of the development of scientific research institutes.The research on the role of non-party intellectuals has great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the healthy and stable development of scientific research institutes.To this end,based on the analysis of the characteristics of non-party intellectuals in scientific research institutes,this paper combs out the status quo and existing problems in the role of non-party intellectuals in scientific research institutes,conducts an objective analysis,thinks from the perspectives of political guidance,ideological guidance,party affairs team,establishment ofsound organizational platforms and other aspects,and puts forward countermeasures.
