体验式教学模式在《公共管理学》课程中的应用

The Application of Experiential Teaching Mode in the Course of Public Management

在《公共管理学》课程的教学中,体验式教学模式发挥着重要的作用。体验式教学模式注重于学生的实践与参与,重视学生认知的自主构建以及能力的提升与情感的形成,因此它不仅是现代素质教育、公共管理学科发展和提高学生行政能力的客观要求,也是调动学生学习兴趣的有效手段和实现隐性知识传递的重要桥梁。《公共管理学》课程体验式教学模式应从教学观念、培养定位、课程设计、教学环境、教师素质、考评模式等六个方面进行设计,并由此提供教学效果的评价方案,该评价方案要实现评价主体多元化、评价内容全面化和评价方法多样化。

The experiential teaching mode plays an important role in the teaching of Public Management.It focuses on the practice and participation of students,the self-construction of students'cognition,the improvement of their abilities and the formation of their emotions.Therefore,it is not only the objective requirement of modern quality education,the development of public management disciplines and the improvement of students'administrative ability,but also an effective means to arouse students'interest in learning and an important bridge to realize the transmission of tacit knowledge.The experiential teaching mode of Public Management course should be designed from six aspects:teaching concept,training orientation,curriculum design,teaching environment,teachers'quality and evaluation mode,and thus provide an evaluation scheme of teaching effect.The evaluation scheme should realize the diversification of evaluation subjects,the comprehensiveness of evaluation content and the diversification of evaluation methods.
