一流学科建设视角下广西高校研究生教育的现状与对策分析

Analysis on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Graduate Education in Guangxi Universities From the Perspective of First-class Discipline Construction

目的以广西某高校为例,从一流学科建设的学科平台、课程体系、师资队伍、人才的培养、经费投入与国际合作共五个方面的研究内容出发,对广西高校研究生教育现状进行分析,并提出研究生教育改革与发展的建议。方法通过查阅文献、官方网站等,收集相关数据及文献资料,进行归纳总结。结果在一流学科建设视角下,广西高校学科竞争力与国内知名院校相比仍存在差距,未充分发挥校院二级对研究生培养的作用,研究生就业率出现下降现象。结论广西高校研究生教育应发挥双一流建设学科群的优势,带动优秀学科发展;加强院校两级在研究生培养过程中的作用;不断优化导师结构,完善兼职导师队伍的管理机制;以供给侧结构性改革为导向,平衡供需。

Objective The paper takes the first-class discipline construction of a university in Guangxi as an example, analyzes the current situation of graduate education in universities in Guangxi from five aspects of discipline platform, curriculum system, teaching staff, cultivation of talents, funding input and international cooperation, and puts forward some suggestions on the reform and development of graduate education. Methods Collect relevant data and literature materials through literature review and official websites, and summarize them. Results From the perspective of first-class discipline construction, there is still a gap between the competitiveness of colleges and universities in Guangxi compared with well-known domestic institutions. The role of the two levels in the postgraduate training process is not fully played. And the graduate employment rate has declined. Conclusion The postgraduate education in Guangxi universities should give full play to the advantages of double first-class construction discipline group, promote the development of excellent disciplines;strengthen the role of the two levels in the postgraduate training process;continuously optimize the structure of the tutors, improve the management mechanism of the part-time tutors;reformoriented, balance supply and demand.
