摘要
目的探索基于皮肤镜为主导的案例教学法在皮肤性病学临床见习教学中的效果评估,并研究探讨创新模式的教学理念。方法选取2018年3月-12月在皮肤性病科的96名临床见习学生作为研究对象,随机分为教改组和对照组,每组48名。利用现有皮肤镜技术进行皮肤性病学教学,通过采用理论成绩、病案分析成绩、随机课堂问答成绩及满意度调查问卷进行教学效果的评估。结果教改组学生的理论成绩、病案分析成绩、随机课堂问答成绩及满意度方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在皮肤性病学教学中以与皮肤镜技术为主导的案例教学法,可以提高教学质量、教学满意度,为皮肤科临床教学提供了新的方法。
Objective To explore the effect evaluation of case teaching based on dermoscopy in clinical novitiate teaching of dermatology and venereal diseases, and to explore the teaching concept of innovative mode. Methods From march to December, 2018,96 clinical interns in the department of dermatovenereal diseases were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into teaching group and control group, with 48 students in each group. The existing dermoscopy technology was used for the teaching of dermatology and venereal diseases, and the teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical results,case analysis results,random classroom questions and answers and satisfaction questionnaire. Results The results of theoretical results,case analysis results,random classroom questions and answers and satisfaction questionnaire were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of dermatovenerology, the case teaching method, which is dominated by dermoscopy technology, can improve the teaching quality and has advantages in improving students’ logical thinking, analyzing and solving problems, thus providing a new method for clinical teaching of dermatology.
