摘要
目的观察"微课"结合"案例教学"应用于超声心动图临床教学的效果。方法试验组为昆明医科大学第二附属医院超声专业2017级、2018级住院医师规范化培训学员,采用"微课"结合"案例教学"的模式,对照组为2015级、2016级学员,采用传统讲授式教学。对比两组培训后考试成绩的差异,并对试验组进行问卷调查。结果上机操作成绩试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),理论考试成绩试验组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),试验组问卷调查提示,"微课"结合"案例教学"利于学员自主闲暇学习,有助于加深对学习内容的理解。结论"微课"结合"案例教学"适用于超声心动图住院医师规范化培训的临床教学。
Objective To observe the effect of micro-lecture combined withcase-based-study mode in echocardiographic standardized clinical training. Methods The experimental group was the standardized training course for the 2017 and 2018 resident physicians in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. The micro-lecture combined with the case-based-study model was adopted. The control group was 2015 and 2016 students, using traditional teaching methods. The difference between the two groups of post-training test scores was compared, and the experimental group was surveyed through questionnaire. Results The performance of the operation scores were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The theoretical test was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05). The experimental group questionnaire indicates that the micro-lecture combined with the case-based-study is conducive to the students’ free leisure learning, which helps to deepen the understanding of the learning content. Conclusion Micro-lecture combined with casebased-study is applicable to the clinical teaching of standardized training for echocardiographic resident.
