摘要
现今教育的国际交流与合作日益频繁,随着我国高等医学教育的国际化,越来越多的留学生来到我国高校。文章首先阐述了妇产科临床传统教学中存在的问题,然后指出了临床教学中培养留学生临床思维能力的策略,包括课堂教学应注重提高理解力培养;强化学生操作,加强临床思维能力的实践训练;优化课程结构,多为留学生创造练习机会;加强临床思维能力考核,建立循序渐进的多站式考核模式。做好妇产科留学生临床思维能力的培养,必须要深刻了解留学生的特点与妇产科临床要求,通过分析其中存在的问题,探讨符合我国特色的留学生培养模式,旨在更好地完成妇产科教学任务。
With the internationalization of higher medical education in China,more and more overseas students came to universities in China.The article first expounded the problems in traditional clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,second pointed out the strategy of training students’clinical thinking ability.The strategy included optimizing classroom teaching and improving understanding culture;offering teaching practice,strengthening students’operation exercise;optimizing curriculum structure;strengthening clinical thinking ability assessment.To cultivate the clinical thinking ability of foreign students in obstetrics and gynecology,we must have a deep understanding of the characteristics of foreign students and the clinical requirements of obstetrics and gynecology.This paper probes into the training mode of foreign students with Chinese characteristics in order to better accomplish the teaching task of obstetrics and gynecology.
