护理是临床工作的重要组成部分之一,临床护理工作直接影响到患者的预后恢复效果,也是体现医院整体质量的重要参考指标。在护理学的学习过程中临床实践尤为重要,是完成理论学习后的主要过程,是培养学生成为专业护士的重点环节,进而所有护理学生均需接受临床实践这一学习过程,也是护生从学校走向临床的重要转折点。本文根据儿科临床护理的特点,总结所在科室从临床护理带教计划的制定,带教教师的选择、教师的素质修养,护理服务理念,临床护理带教的方法和技巧,理论知识和操作技能的培训等方面对护理实习生进行系统化和规范化的带教与管理的经验。

Nursing is an important part of clinical work,clinical nursing work directly affects the prognosis of patients to recover the effect,but also reflects the overall quality of the hospital an important reference index.Clinical practice is particularly important in the learning process of nursing,which is the main process after the completion of theoretical learning,and also the key link to train students to become professional nurses.Thus,all nursing students need to accept clinical practice,which is also an important turning point for nursing students to go from school to clinical practice.Summarized in this paper,based on the characteristics of pediatric clinical nursing,I division from clinical nursing teaching plan formulation,the choice of teaching the teacher,the teacher’s diathesis,the nursing service concept,clinical nursing teaching methods and skills,theoretical knowledge and operation skills training of nursing interns for content such as systematic and standardization of teaching and management experience.
