小切口手术切除胆囊治疗胆结石的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Small Incision Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Gallstones

目的探讨小切口手术切除胆囊治疗胆结石的临床疗效。方法将本院2017年6月-2018年12月收治的64例胆结石患者纳入本次研究,并根据患者所选手术方式,将其平均划分为两个组别,即研究组和对照组。给予对照组患者小切口胆囊切除术治疗,给予研究组患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,分别统计两组患者的手术及术后恢复状况,评估术后疗效。结果研究组患者的手术及术后恢复状况均优于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者术后有效率为93.75%,高于对照组,P<0.05。结论相比于小切口胆囊切除术,腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床疗效更为确切,不仅具有微创、简便等特点,还具有出血少、恢复快等优势。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones.Methods 64 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were included in this study,and were divided into two groups on average according to the operation methods chosen by the patients,namely the study group and the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with small incision cholecystectomy and the patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results The operative and postoperative recovery of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate of the study group was 93.75%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with small incision cholecystectomy,laparoscopic cholecystectomy is more effective in the treatment of gallstones.It is not only minimally invasive and simple,but also has the advantages of less bleeding and faster recovery.
