Effect of Roy’s Adaptation Model Intervention on Patients After Modified Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

目的探究Roy适应模式护理对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的影响。方法选取2016年4月-至2017年4月采用常规护理的乳腺癌改良根治术后患者48例作为对照组,选取2017年5月-2018年5月采用Roy适应模式护理的乳腺癌改良根治术后患者48例作为观察组。对比两组护理前后生活质量及病耻感。结果观察组护理3个月后生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、情感功能、疼痛情况、身体健康、生命力及健康状况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理3个月后贬低-歧视感知、病耻感应对及病耻感情感体验评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 Roy适应模式护理应用于乳腺癌改良根治术后患者中,可显著提高其生活质量,降低病耻感得。

Objective To investigate the effect of Roy adaptation model nursing on patients with modified radical mastectomy. Methods A total of 48 patients with modified breast cancer who underwent routine nursing from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the control group. The modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer was performed from May 2017 to May 2018 with Roy adaptation model. 48 patients were included as observation groups. Compare the quality of life and stigma before and after treatment between the two groups. Results After 3 months of nursing, the physiological function, psychological function, social function, emotional function, pain, physical health, vitality and health status of the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 3 months of nursing, the scores of degrading, discriminating, stigma and stigma were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Roy adaptive mode nursing can improve the quality of life and reduce stigma in patients with modified radical mastectomy.
