摘要
目的探讨运用"冬梅护理"品牌服务模式对肠造口出院患者进行延续护理的效果。方法将118例肠造口术后患者分为两组,试验组68例,对照组50例,试验组在患者疗程结束后进行出院健康宣教、电话回访普及之外,还进行"冬梅护理"服务品牌的一系列健康延续护理。对照组用原有的方式进行出院健康宣教及电话回访。采用造口自我护理量表-早期版(SSCS),评估两组患者的造口自我护理总分,采用自制封闭式问卷调查患者对护理工作满意度指标。结果试验组患者干预后自我护理总分及对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论运用"冬梅护理"品牌模式的延伸服务对肠造口患者进行延续护理的效果较好。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing for discharged patients after enterostomy by using"Dongmei nursing"brand service mode.Methods 118 patients after enterostomy were divided into two groups,68 in the experimental group and 50 in the control group.The experimental group received health education after the course of treatment,telephone follow-up visits and a series of continuing health care under the"Dongmei Nursing"service brand.The control group received health education and telephone follow-up visits.The total score of stoma self-care in the two groups was evaluated by using the stoma self-care scale-early edition(SSCS),and the satisfaction index of patients with nursing work was investigated by using a self-made closed questionnaire.Results After intervention,the total score of self-care and satisfaction with nursing work in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The extended service of"Dongmei nursing"brand model has a good effect on the extended care of patients with enterostomy.
