脑梗死中医护理方案的临床实践效果评价

Clinical Practice Effect Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Scheme for Cerebral Infarction

目的研究脑梗死患者应用于的中医护理方案的临床实践效果。方法选择2018年3月-2019年3月于本院接受治疗的120例脑梗死患者,其中60例给予常规中风护理,将其设为A组,另外60例给予常规护理联合中医护理,将其设为B组,护理结束后,对两组结果进行对比。结果护理后,B组的总护理有效率达到了96.67%与A组的78.33%相比更高,P <0.05;且B组患者生活功能评分、运动功能评分均高于A组,P <0.05。结论中医护理方案应用于脑梗死患者的临床护理中效果显著,有助于患者生活功能与与运动功能的恢复,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme applied to stroke patients in convalescence stage of cerebral infarction. Methods During the period from March 2018 to March 2019, 120 patients with cerebral infarction convalescence who were treated in our hospital were selected, among which 60 patients were given routine stroke care, which was set as group A, and another 60 patients were given routine care combined with traditional Chinese medicine care, which was set as group B. After nursing, the results of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the total effective rate of group B reached 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of group A(78.33%), P<0.05. The scores of life function and motor function in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing program has a significant effect in clinical nursing of stroke patients, which is helpful to the recovery of life function and motor function, and to improve the quality of life of patients.
