儿童重症监护病房护理风险管理的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Risk Manage ment in Child Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨儿童重症监护病房中风险评估及其护理风险管理的应用效果。方法 2016年10月-2018年10月随机选取本院儿童重症监护病房住院治疗的80例患儿,并将其平均划分为常规组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。其中对常规组患儿行常规护理,对研究组患儿则在前者基础上评估风险并予以护理风险管理。结果研究组各个护理质量指标均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患儿家属护理满意率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论儿童重症监护病房中采取风险评估及护理风险管理,是一种可靠管理方法,可在提高临床护理质量的同时,减少护理不良事件的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of risk assessment and nursing risk management in children intensive care unit.Methods A total of 80 children hospitalized in the child intensive care unit of our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly selected and divided into the routine group(n=40) and the study group(n=40) on average.Among them,the children in the conventional group received routine nursing,and the children in the study group were assessed on the basis of the former risk and given nursing risk management.Results All the nursing quality indexes in the study group were better than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk assessment and nursing risk management in children intensive care unit is a reliable management method,which can improve the quality of clinical nursing and reduce the oecurrence of adverse nursing events.
