摘要
本文借鉴“适合的教育”理念提出构建国际化应用型俄语人才培养模式的六大要素:适合的人才培养目标、适合的专业培养模式、适合的培养道路、适合的师资队伍、适合的考核评价和适合的第二课堂活动设计。应用型本科高校可根据学校的自身办学定位,结合本校与俄罗斯合作办学实际,构建出自己特色的国际化应用型俄语人才培养模式。
based on the concept of"suitable education",this paper puts forward six key elements of constructing an international application-oriented Russian talent training model:suitable talent training objectives,suitable professional training model,suitable training path,suitable teacher resources,suitable evaluation standards and suitable second class activity design.Application-oriented universities can construct their own characteristics of international application-oriented Russian talents training mode according to their own orientation and the ac-tual situation of running a school in cooperation with Russia.
