本文通过成果导向 学生中心“三全育人”综合改革的研究与实践,构建符合学校定位、满足社会需求、具有鲜明特色的工科人才培养体系,形成全员全过程全方位育人新格局,促进人才培养质量的显著提升。

Through the research and practice of the comprehensive reform of outcome based education,student-centered,we will construct a distinctive mechanical talent training system that meets the school's orientation and social needs,and form a new pattern of all-stuff,all-process,all-perspective education,thus promote a significant improvement in the quality of talent training.
