摘要
本研究以“高中英语教师的专业素质建构过程中的影响因素”为研究焦点,以吴一安的大学外语教师专业素质框架为理论依据,选取某市3名优秀高中英语教师作为研究对象,使用叙事研究方法,采用半结构式访谈、课堂观察的方式搜集数据。本研究通过叙事研究的方式,深描优秀高中英语教师专业素质建构过程中的影响因素。研究结果表明,优秀高中英语教师的专业素质受到两方面的影响:内部因素,如性格、道德品质等;外部因素,如前辈的示范、学校环境等。其中,外部环境的影响具有双面性的特点。
This paper originates from a narrative inquiry into the influencing factors of senior secondary school English teachers’professional qualities carried out with three excellent senior secondary school English teachers.Grounded in narrative stories from semi-structured interviews,classroom observations,this research have a thick description on the influencing factors during the process of professional qualities’construction.The result shows that the professional qualities of excellent senior secondary school English teachers are influenced by two factors:internal factors,such as personality and moral qualities;external factors,such as demonstrations of seniors and school environment.The influence of the external environment has double-sided characteristics.
