党的十九大以来,聚焦实现全员全过程全方位育人,各高校在无论在理论创新还是在实践探索方面都做了大量工作,“三全育人”开启了高校育人模式和思想政治教育的崭新局面。近年来,随着高校扩招研究生体量逐年增大、专业逐渐增多,研究生思想政治教育成为高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,把落实好“三全育人”作为构建研究生导师和辅导员合力育人机制的前提和基础就显得十分必要,更是开展好研究生教育的重要措施。

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,all colleges and universities have done a lot of work in both theoretical innovation and practical exploration,which has opened up a new situation of college education mode and ideological and political education.In recent years,with the increasing number of graduate students and the increasing number of majors,the ideological and political education of graduate students has become an important part of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.It is very necessary to implement the"three-wide education"as the premise and basis for the construction of the joint education mechanism of graduate tutors and counselors,and it is also an important measure to carry out graduate education.
