“协同”维度下高校各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行的原则研究 被引量:7

A Study on the Principle of Synchronization of Different Courses and Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities in the Dimension of“Synergy”

摘要 “协同学”认为一个系统发生相变时会因大量子系统的协同一致而引起宏观结构质变,从而产生新的结构和功能。高校各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行协同育人要求各类课程与思想政治理论课在政治方向、舆论导向、价值取向上同向,在育人步调上同频共振、握指成拳,互相补充、相互配合,互相促进、相得益彰。遵循强化党委领导、压实主体责任,强化顶层设计、加强长效管理谋划,强化供给侧结构性改革思维、构建多元供给育人模式,强化教育引路与行为落地、共育时代新人的原则。 Costudents believe that when a system undergoes phase transition,it will cause mass change of macroscopic structure due to the coordination of a large number of subsystems,resulting in new structure and function.College courses and ideological and political theory courses are required to cooperate with their peers in educating people.Each course and ideological and political theory courses are in the same direction in politics,public opinion,and value.They are in the same frequency of resonance and finger-holding at the pace of education,and they complement each other and cooperate with each other.Promote each other and complement each other.We will follow the principles of strengthening the leadership of Party committees and consolidating the principal responsibilities of the Party committees,strengthening top-level design,strengthening long-term management planning,strengthening supply-side structural reform thinking,building a diversified supply model,and strengthening the principles of education guidance and behavior landing and co-education.
