教学质量是中外合作办学项目的生命线,教学质量的高低,直接关系到中外合作办学项目的生死存亡。文章对中外合作办学项目教学质量保障体系的现状进行了简要概述,基于教学质量保障体系构建的基本原则框架,重构政府和教育行政部门、教学质量认证与评估机构、社会和舆论监督“三位一体”的外部教学质量保障机制,以及人才培养目标体系、质量标准体系、教学过程监控体系、教学质量评价与反馈体系多层面、全方位参与的内部教学质量保障机制,旨在强化中外合作办学项目教学质量保障体系内涵建设,全面提升办学质量和效益,促进中外合作办学项目规范、健康、有序发展。
