高校继续教育服务区域经济社会发展的路径探析

科学发展高校继续教育既是落实国家发展战略、服务区域经济社会发展、提高人才供给质量的客观需要,也是不断完善自身的内在需求。但在大力发展继续教育的进程中,各高校继续教育还存在办学目标定位不准确,人才培养模式缺乏创新精神,面向区域、行业、企业的服务模式与运行机制不完善,与政府、行业、企业缺乏联动,人才培养缺乏创新精神,稳步推进学历教育的发展理念落实不到位等问题。因此,各高校应牢牢把握区域经济社会发展对继续教育的需求,立足于服务区域经济社会发展的客观要求,不断调整专业设置,完善课程体系,改革和创新教学方式,注重品牌建设,不断提高人才培养质量,为区域经济社会发展助力。

Scientific development of continuing education in colleges and universities is not only the objective need to implement the national development strategy,serve the regional economic and social development,and improve the quality of talent supply,but also the internal need to continuously improve itself.However,in the process of vigorously developing continuing education,there are still some problems in continuing education in colleges and universities,such as inaccurate orientation of educational objectives,lack of innovative spirit in personnel training mode,imperfect service mode and operation mechanism for regions,industries and enterprises,lack of linkage with the government,industries and enterprises,lack of innovative spirit in personnel training,and insufficient implementation of the development concept of steadily promoting academic education.All colleges and universities should firmly grasp the demand of regional economic and social development for continuing education,based on the objective requirement of serving regional economic and social development,constantly adjust specialty settings,improve curriculum system,reform and innovate teaching methods,pay attention to brand building,continuously improve the quality of personnel training,and help regional economic and social development.
