摘要
本文以我国自主设计开发的复兴号动车组车轴用DZ2钢为研究对象,采用小样实验法研究了奥氏体化温度和时间对DZ2材质晶粒度的影响,淬火介质对DZ2钢组织性能的影响,回火温度对DZ2钢力学性能的影响,根据试验结果制定了车轴热处理工艺,进行了工业化试制,试制车轴的性能完全满足技术要求,并通过了60万公里装车运行考核。
In this paper,DZ2 steel for axle of Fuxing EMU designed and developed independently in China is taken as the research object.The influence of austenitizing temperature and time on the grain size of DZ2 material,the influence of quenching medium on microstructure of DZ2 steel,and the effect of tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of DZ2 steel are studied by the sample experiment method.According to the test results,the heat treatment process of axle is formulated and the industrial trial production is carried out.The properties of trial-produced axles meet fully the technical requirements and has passed the examination of 600000 km loading operation.
