摘要
高淬透性轴承钢在不同的淬火加热温度下进行热处理工艺试验,淬回火后对硬度、金相组织进行检测和分析。在850~890℃淬火温度下保温30 min油冷、210℃×3.5 h回火后,硬度为62~64 HRC,均符合要求。850℃加热温度过低,奥氏体化不均匀,形成的马氏体不均匀;890℃加热温度下马氏体的大小和长度整体都有明显增大甚至局部出现了个别粗大的针状的马氏体组织。淬火温度为860~880℃较为合理。
The heat treatment process of bearing steel with high hardenability was tested at different heating temperatures in this paper,and the hardness and microstructure of steel was detected and analyzed after quenching and tempering.The hardness of sample is 62~64 HRC after quenching at 850~890℃for 30 min,oil cooling and tempering at 210℃×3.5 h,and all meet the requirements.When the heating temperature at 850℃is too low,the austenization is not uniform,and the martensite formed is not uniform.When the temperature is 890℃,the size and length of the martensite increase significantly on the whole and even some individual large needle-like martensite appeare locally.The quenching temperature of 860~880℃is reasonable.
