摘要
某批轴承滚子在盐浴淬火后出现淬火软点。通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、硬度检验和金相检验等方法对淬火软点的形成原因进行了分析,并对分析结果进行了试验验证。结果表明,造成滚子软点的主要原因是淬火过程中滚动面的互相接触。结合现场生产情况,提出了相应的改进措施,避免了滚子淬火软点的形成。
A batch of bearing roller appeared soft spots after the quenching in salt bath.The formation reason of the soft spots was studied by means of macroscopic morphology observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness inspection,metallographic examination and so on,and the analysis results were verified by experiment.The results show that the main reason for the soft spots of bearing roller is the contact between rolling surfaces during quenching.At the same time,combined with the field production situation,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to avoid the formation of the quenching soft spots of bearing roller.
