摘要
结合河东煤田沙坪煤矿井底水仓巷道位于13#特厚煤层中的实际地质条件,对水仓巷道的掘进及支护方式进行了探讨,掘进方式为综掘机一次掘进成巷,支护方式为锚网喷加锚索联合支护,为保证特厚煤层井底水仓掘进及支护的安全,从特厚煤层带压区域锚网喷支护工序及安全技术措施两方面制定了相应的措施计划,保证特厚煤层井底水仓巷道掘进及支护施工的安全,预期成果可以为类似条件下特厚煤层永久水仓施工提供一定借鉴。
Combined with the actual geological conditions of the bottom water warehouse excavation in shaping coal mine,Hedong Coalfield,which is located in 13#extra-thick coal seam,this paper discusses the excavation and support mode of the water warehouse excavation.The driving mode is that the comprehensive driving machine drives into the roadway at one time,and the supporting mode is the combination of bolt net spray and anchor cable.In order to ensure the safety of the excavation and support of the bottom water warehouse in the extra-thick coal seam,the corresponding measures and plans are made from the two aspects of the bolting,mesh and shotcreting support procedure and safety technical measures in the pressure area of the extra-thick coal seam,so as to ensure the safety of the excavation and support construction of the bottom water warehouse in the extrathick coal seam.The expected results can provide some reference for the construction of the permanent water warehouse in the extra-thick coal seam under similar conditions.
