浅析一次采全高改放顶煤回采工艺技术

摘要 随着社会的发展和时代的进步以及经济水平的提升,人们对于自然矿产资源的需求和开采规模也不断的扩大。其也是在市场经济和日益增长的生产需求推动下的必然结果。其中煤矿资源的开采技术逐渐成熟,并在此基础上不断的进行发展和研究。在煤矿开采过程中常会遇到一些较为特殊的地质条件和开采环境,需要对其进行实地的勘测以及结合自身回采率和地质条件之后采取相应的回采工艺或进行工艺更换,目前主要包括一次采全高回采技术和放顶煤回采技术。本篇文章首先进行煤层赋存情况以及大采高综采技术进行介绍,再进行放顶煤的可行性检验以及实际的实施效果进行阐述,最后根据实际进行回采技术选择原则和一次采全高与放顶煤回采技术的适用条件进行分析。 With the development of the society,the progress of the times and the improvement of the economic level,people’s demand for natural mineral resources and the scale of exploitation are also expanding.It is also the inevitable result driven by market economy and increasing production demand.Among them,the mining technology of coal resources has gradually matured,and on this basis,continuous development and research have been carried out.In the process of coal mining,there are often some special geological conditions and mining environment,which need to be surveyed on site and be combined with their own recovery rate and geological conditions to adopt the corresponding mining technology or process replacement.At present,it mainly includes one-time full-height mining technology and caving mining technology.This article firstly introduces the occurrence of coal seam and fully mechanized mining technology with large mining height,then elaborates the feasibility test of top-coal caving and the actual implementation effect,and finally analyzes the selection principle of actual mining technology and the applicable conditions of one-time full-height mining and top-coal caving mining technology.
