子宫动脉上行支结扎与宫腔填塞止血术在剖宫产手术中的临床效果比较

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Ascending Uterine Artery Ligation and Intrauterine Tamponade Hemostasis in Cesarean Section

目的比较子宫动脉上行支结扎与宫腔填塞止血术在剖宫产手术中的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月建湖县人民医院收治的40例行剖宫产且术中出血患者,按随机数字法分为研究组及对照组,各20例。研究组采用子宫动脉上行支结扎术,对照组采用宫腔填塞止血术防治剖宫产产后出血。比较两组剖宫产术中出血量、术后24 h阴道出血量、手术时间、止血成功率、术后并发症发生率。结果研究组患者的出血量情况、手术时间及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,止血成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产手术中采用双侧子宫动脉上行支结扎止血法进行治疗,具有较好的临床止血效果,不仅能降低术中、术后出血量及并发症的发生率,缩短手术时间,同时还能提高止血成功率,对患者的生活质量的改善有显著意义。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of ascending uterine artery ligation and intrauterine tamponade hemostasis in cesarean section.Methods Totally 40 cesarean section with intraoperative hemorrhage admitted to Jianhu County People's Hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,20 cases in each group.The study group was treated with ligation of ascending uterine artery,while the control group was treated with intrauterine tamponade hemostasis to prevent postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.The incidence of bleeding during cesarean section,vaginal bleeding 24 h after operation,operation time,success rate of hemostasis and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding amount,operation time and incidence of postoperative complications in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,and the success rate of hemostasis was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ligation of bilateral ascending uterine artery in cesarean section surgery has a good clinical hemostatic effect,which can not only reduce the intraoperative and postoperative blood loss and incidence of complication,shorten the operation time,but also improve the success rate of hemostasis,which is of significant meaning to the improvement of quality of life of patients.
