微创腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微创腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2017年3月至2018年3月河南省南阳市南阳胸科医院妇产科收治的300例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组150例。对照组实施传统开腹手术治疗,观察组实施微创腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。对比两组疗效及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率0.67%(切口感染1例)低于对照组并发症发生率为8.67%(切口感染4例、盆腔粘连7例、肠梗阻2例)(P<0.05)。结论微创腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤均具有一定疗效,但前者方法治疗效果更佳,可在发挥显著疗效的同时降低并发症发生率。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy and traditional open surgery for uterine fibroids.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,300 cases of hysteromyoma patients admitted to Nanyang Chest Hospital of Nanyang City,Henan Province were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy.The curative effect and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time and hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 0.67%(1 incision infection)and the incidence of complications was 8.67%in the control group(4 cases of wound infection,7 cases of pelvic adhesions,2 cases of intestinal obstruction)(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy combined with traditional open surgery for uterine fibroids has a certain effect,but the former method is better,which can reduce the incidence of complications and promote physical rehabilitation.
