单腔与双腔心脏起搏器对缓慢性心律失常患者心功能的影响对比

Comparison of Single-Chamber Double-Chamber Cardiac Pacemakers on Cardiac Function in Patients with Bradyarrhythmia

目的对比单腔与双腔心脏起搏器对缓慢性心律失常患者心功能的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2019年7月滨海康达医院收治的缓慢性心律失常患者50例,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者采取单腔心脏起搏器治疗,研究组患者采取双腔心脏起搏器治疗。比较两组的心功能指标、治疗效果、并发症率。结果治疗后两组患者的心功能均得到明显的改善,且研究组心脏指数(CI)和心排量CO、LVEF(左心射血分数)和6MWT(6分钟步行距离)等心功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双腔心脏起搏器对缓慢性心律失常患者心功能改善效果十分显著。

Objective To compare the effect of single-and dual-chamber cardiac pacemaker on cardiac function in patients with slow arrhythmia.Methods A total of 50 patients with slow arrhythmia from April 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with a single-chamber cardiac pacemaker,and the patients in the study group were treated with dual-chamber cardiac pacemaker.The heart function index,treatment effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results In the control group,the heart function of the study group was significantly improved,and the cardiac function indexes such as the CI and the cardiac output CO,LVEF and 6MWT in the study group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Double chamber pacemaker has a significant effect on the improvement of cardiac function in patients with bradycardia.
