全髋关节置换术对老年移位型股骨颈骨折患者并发症及生活质量的影响

Effect of Total Hip Replacement Arthroplasty on Complications and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Displaced Femoral Neck Fractures

目的探究在老年移位型股骨颈骨折患者中应用全髋关节置换术对患者并发症与生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年8月山东省德州市齐河县中医院收治的老年移位型股骨颈骨折患者100例,依据治疗方案的异同进行分组,各50例。实验组予以全髋关节置换术,对照组则采取常规内固定治疗,对比两组患者治疗有效率、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果实验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组;治疗总有效率及预后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年移位型股骨颈骨折患者予以全髋关节置换术进行治疗,能显著减少患者并发症,并能提高患者预后生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of total hip replacement arthroplasty on complications and quality of life(QOL)in elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fractures.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fracture in Qihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to August 2019 were selected and grouped according to different treatment regimens,50 cases per group.The experimental group received total hip replacement,while the control group received conventional internal fixation.The effective rates,QOL scores and complication incidence of the two groups were compared.Results The complication incidence of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of treatment and prognostic QOL score were higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Total hip replacement in elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fractures can significantly reduce the complications and improve the prognostic QOL.
