经皮椎间孔镜技术联合四维调曲治疗腰椎间突出症的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy Combined with Four-dimensional Modulation on Lumbar Intervertebral Protrusion

目的探析经皮椎间孔镜技术与四维调曲联合治疗腰椎间突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年7月至2019年6月黔东南州中医医院腰椎间突出症患者120例。采用随机数表法分为4组,每组30例。对照1组开展临床基础治疗;对照2组开展经皮椎间孔镜治疗;对照3组开展四维调曲治疗;研究组开展经皮椎间孔镜与四维调曲联合治疗。结果研究组治疗有效率96.67%,明显高于其他3组(66.67%,76.67%,73.33%,P<0.05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜技术与四维调曲联合治疗腰椎间突出症的效果可观。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy and four-dimensional modulation on lumbar intervertebral protrusion.Methods From July 2018 to June 2019,120 patients with lumbar intervertebral protrusion were selected from Qiandongnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and randomly divided into 4 groups,30 cases in each group.In the control 1 group,the basic clinical treatment was carried out;in the control 2 group,the percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy was carried out;in the control 3 group,the four-dimensional modulation therapy was carried out;in the study group,the combined treatment of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy and the four-dimensional modulation therapy was carried out.Results The effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,significantly higher than that of the other three groups(66.67%,76.67%,73.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy combined with four-dimensional modulation is effective in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral protrusion.
