综合康复治疗对长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Quality of Life and Social Function of Long-term Hospitalized Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

目的探讨综合康复治疗对长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月无锡市精神卫生中心收治的140例长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者作为此次研究对象,按照单双数分为参照组和干预组,每组70例。其中干预组给予综合康复治疗,参照组给予常规治疗,比较两组患者日常生活量表(ADL)及慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)评分情况。结果干预组患者ADL及SQLS总分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者应用综合康复治疗,不仅可以有效提高患者的生活能力,更明显改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the quality of life and social function of long-term hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods Totally 140 long-term hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to wuxi mental health center from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the objects of this study.They were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the odd and even Numbers,with 70 cases in each group.The intervention group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,and the reference group was given conventional treatment.The scores of daily life scale(ADL)and quality of life scale(SQLS)for patients with chronic schizophrenia in the two groups were compared.Results The total scores of ADL and SQLS of patients in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for longterm hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia can not only effectively improve the living ability of patients,but also significantly improve the quality of life of patients and promote their return to society.
