无创呼吸机用于慢阻肺合并急性呼吸衰竭治疗分析

Non-invasive Ventilator for Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Acute Respiratory Failure

目的观察无创呼吸机用于慢阻肺合并急性呼吸衰竭治疗的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月苏州相城区第二人民医院收治的88例慢阻肺合并急性呼吸衰竭患者,按随机数表法分为两组,每组44例。常规干预组给予常规治疗,无创呼吸机干预组给予常规治疗联合无创呼吸机治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果无创呼吸机干预组慢阻肺合并急性呼吸衰竭治疗效果、血气分析指标、平均住院时间、急性呼吸衰竭纠正时间、肺部湿罗音消失时间、排痰困难等并发症发生率均显著低于常规干预组(P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺合并急性呼吸衰竭患者实施无创呼吸机效果确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute respiratory failure.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,88 patients with COPD and acute respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases each group.The routine intervention group was given routine treatment,and the noninvasive ventilator intervention group was given routine treatment combined with noninvasive ventilator treatment.Treatment effect was compared between groups.Results The treatment effect of the intervention group were better than those of the routine groups in terms of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with acute respiratory failure,blood gas analysis index,average hospitalization time,correction time of acute respiratory failure,disappearance time of lung wet rales,and rates of difficulty in sputum discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of non-invasive ventilator in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute respiratory failure is clear.
