Endobutton钢板微创治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效观察

Minimally Invasive Incision of Endobutton Plate on Treatment of Tossy Ⅲ Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

目的观察Endobutton钢板微创切口治疗Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月无锡市中医医院采用Endobutton钢板微创技术重建喙锁韧带治疗11例肩锁关节脱位患者。利用Karlsson评价标准进行术后评估。结果所有病例均获得随访,时间12个月,参照Karlsson评价标准进行疗效评价,优9例,良2例,无再脱位及其他并发症。结论应用Endobutton钢板微创治疗Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位近期疗效满意,复位固定牢固,术后功能恢复好。

Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive incision with Endobutton plate in the treatment of Tossy Ⅲ dislocation of acromioclavicular joint.Methods From July 2017 to July 2018,11 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation were treated by minimally invasive reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament with Endoduton plate in Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Post-operative evaluation was performed using Karlsson evaluation criteria.Results All the patients were followed up for 12 months.according to Karlsson evaluation standard,9 cases were excellent,2 cases were good,no redislocation and other complications.Conclusion The minimally invasive treatment of Tossy Ⅲ dislocation of acromioclavicular joint with Endobuton plate has satisfactory short-term curative effect,stable reduction and fixation,and good functional recovery after operation.
