不同固定术治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床效果及对膝关节疼痛的影响

Clinical Effect of Different Fixations on Extra-articular Fractures of Distal Tibia and Knee Pain

目的不同固定术治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床效果及膝关节疼痛的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月常州市新北区春江人民医院收治的30例胫骨远端关节外骨折患者,根据患者采用的不同固定术将患者分为常规组和研究组,各15例。常规组采用交锁髓内钉固定治疗术;研究组患者采用经皮锁定加压钢板固定治疗进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果以及膝关节疼痛评分。结果研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后负重时间明显少于常规组,治疗效果优于常规组,膝关节疼痛评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论经皮锁定加压钢板固定治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折有着明显的疗效。

Objective To compare the effects of different fixations on the treatment of extra-articular fractures of distal tibia and knee pain.Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,30 patients with extra-articular fracture of distal tibial were selected from Chunjiang People's Hospital of Xinbei District,Changzhou City.According to the different fixation methods,the patients were divided into the conventional group and the research group,15 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation.The patients in the research group were treated with percutaneous locking compression plate fixation.The clinical effects and knee pain scores of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and postoperative loading time of the patients in the study group were less than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect was better than the conventional group,the knee pain score was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous locking compression plate fixation for the treatment of extra-articular fractures of distal tibia has an obvious curative effect and is worthy of promotion.
