针药结合治疗气血亏虚型耳鸣疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Combination of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine on Tinnitus with Deficiency of Qi and Blood

目的研究针药结合治疗气血亏虚型耳鸣的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2019年5月西南医科大学附属中医医院门诊收治的气血亏虚型耳鸣患者60例,按电脑随机分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。对照组患者口服八珍汤合益气聪明汤治疗,治疗组患者采用针刺联合口服中药汤剂治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(96.67%vs.83.33%,P<0.05)。结论采用针刺联合八珍汤合益气聪明汤治疗气血亏虚型耳鸣临床疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine(CM)in the treatment of tinnitus with deficiency of qi and blood(DQB).Methods Totally 60 tinnitus patients with DQB syndrome who were treated in the Outpatient Clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Southwest Medical University from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected and were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with oral Bazhen Decoction plus Yiqi Congming Decoction,while those in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with oral CM decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(96.67%vs.83.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Bazhen Decoction and Yiqi Congming Decoction was effective in treating tinnitus patients with DQB syndrome.
