大黄附子汤加减口服及保留灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Modified Dahuang Fuzi Decoction Plus Oral+and Retention Enema on Acute Pancreatitis

目的观察大黄附子汤加减口服+及保留灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年9月至2017年11月广西都安瑶族自治县人民医院接受急性胰腺炎治疗的70例患者,按随机数字表法分为基础组与实验组,各35例。基础组采用常规治疗,实验组采用常规治疗与大黄附子汤加减口服+及保留灌肠治疗,对两组患者的住院时间、治疗效果、症状缓解时间、生化指标恢复时间等进行对比分析。结果实验组住院时间、治疗效果、生化指标恢复时间以及症状缓解时间等方面明显优于基础组(P<0.05)。结论急性胰腺炎的患者给予大黄附子汤加减口服+及保留灌肠进行治疗,可以减少炎性因子释放,改善患者的临床症状,增强治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of this treatment in patients with acute pancreatitis using modified Dahuang Fuzi Decoction plus orally+and retention enema.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted from September 2015 to November 2017,70 patients with acute pancreatitis in the people's Hospital of Du'an Yao Autonomous County,Guangxi were selected as the basic group and the experimental group,with 35 patients in each group.The basic group was treated with routine therapy,the experimental group was treated with routine therapy and modified Dahuang Fuzi Decoction with oral administration and retention enema.The hospitalization time,treatment effect,symptom relief time and biochemical index recovery time of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The patients in the experimental group were significantly better than the patients in the basic group(P<0.05)in terms of hospitalization time,treatment effect,recovery time of biochemical indicators,and time to symptom relief.Conclusion Patients with acute pancreatitis treated with Dahuang Fuzi Decoction oral administration and retention enema can reduce the release of inflammatory factors and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,thus enhancing the therapeutic effect.
