早期微量喂养联合静脉营养在早产儿营养支持中的应用

Application of Early Micro-feeding Combined with intravenous Nutrition in Nutritional Support of Premature Infants

目的研究早期微量喂养联合静脉营养在早产儿营养支持中的应用价值。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月新沂市人民医院接受治疗的100例早产儿为研究对象,根据入院顺序分为两组,各50例。观察组实施早期微量喂养联合静脉营养;对照组实施静脉营养治疗,比较两组治疗指标、实验室指标、并发症情况。结果观察组治疗指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组实验室指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期微量喂养联合静脉营养在早产儿营养支持中具有较高应用价值,且能缩短其住院时间。

Objective To study the application value of early micro-feeding combined with intravenous nutrition in nutritional support of premature infants.Methods A total of 100 preterm infants who were treated in Xinyi people's Hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into two groups,50 in each group.The observation group was treated with early micro feeding combined with intravenous nutrition;the control group was treated with intravenous nutrition.The treatment indexes,laboratory indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment index of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The laboratory indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early micro-feeding combined with intravenous nutrition has high application value in nutritional support of premature infants,and can shorten the length of hospital stay,which is worthy of research and promotion.
