加味苏子降气汤治疗小儿嗜酸性粒细胞支气管炎疗效研究

Effect of Jiawei Suzi jiangqi decoction on eosinophilic bronchitis in children

目的:探讨加味苏子降气汤治疗小儿嗜酸性粒细胞支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:收集2016年6月-2018年6月就诊于我院的50例EB患儿,随机分成对照组和治疗组,各25例。对照组用布地奈德混悬液0.5 mg、硫酸特布他林2.5 mg雾化吸入治疗,1次/d;治疗组用自拟方治疗,1剂/d。4个疗程结束后进行疗效判定。结果:治疗组总有效率(84%,21/25)高于对照组(76%,19/25),差异具有统计学意义。结论:加味苏子降气汤治疗小儿嗜酸性粒细胞支气管炎具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of jiawei suzi jiangqi decoction on eosinophilic bronchitis in children. Methods:50 cases of EB children admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,25 cases each. The control group was atomized with budesonide suspension 0.5 mg and terbutaline sulfate 2.5 mg,1 time/d.Treatment group with self-prepared prescription,one dose a day;4. Evaluate the efficacy at the end of treatment. Results:The total effective rate(84%,21/25)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(76%,19/25). Conclusion:Jiawei suzi jiangqi decoction has a good clinical effect on EB children.
