电针结合头皮针治疗颈性眩晕的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on cervical vertigo

目的:探究电针结合头皮针治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:对我院中医门诊2017年9月-2018年9月收治的160例颈性眩晕患者进行治疗,每组80例。观察组女性52例,男性28例;年龄20~70岁。对照组女性41例,男性39例;年龄22~60岁。对照组施以普通的针灸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加电针结合头皮针治疗。结果:经过2个疗程的治疗,观察组的有效率为97.5%(78/80),对照组的有效率为81.3%(65/80),观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合头皮针治疗颈性眩晕有效。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of electro-acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on cervical vertigo.Methods:160 patients from September 2017 to September 2018 in the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital were treated and compared.80 patients in each group,52 women in the observation group,28 men,aged between 20 and 70 years,41 women in the control group and 39 men in the control group,aged between 22 and 60 years.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture and moxibustion.The observation group was treated with scalp needle dizziness area and electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group.After two courses of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%(78/80),and that of the control group was 81.3%(65/80).The effective rate of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture is effective in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
