从性味归经量化解析“温肾化痰方”治疗多囊卵巢综合征的组方规律

Quantitative Analysis of the prescription law of"Wenshen Huatan prescription"in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)from the nature flavor meridians

目的:基于药物的性味归经理论,通过计算机数据运算,解析任青玲教授临床所遣"温肾化痰方"的药物配比,探讨治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的用药思路,丰富其成方理论依据,验证治疗有效性。方法:根据四气五味归经理论将方中诸药量化,利用SPSS 24.0软件中Hierarchical Cluster Analysis处理数据,计算类内和类间每味药物相关指数均值,把该值最大的药物作为调剂质量控制的主要对象。结果与结论:方中诸药配伍符合中医制方理论,选择石楠叶、石菖蒲、炒苍术及广陈皮作为调剂质量控制的主要对象比较合理。

Objective:Based on the theory of nature flavor meridians,through computer data operation,To analyze the drug proportion of"Wenshen Huatan prescription"applicatd by professor Ren Qingling,To explore the ideas of treating PCOS with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness,Toenrich the theoretical evidence of its formation,to prove the effectiveness of its treatment.Method:Quantify the drugs in prescription according tothe theory of sexual flavor meridians,Process databyusing"Hierarchical Cluster Analysis"in SPSS 24.0,Calculate the mean value of the correlation index between and among classes of each drug,take the drug with the highest value as the main object of dispensing quality control.Conclusion:The compatibility of drugs in the prescription is in accordance with the theory of making prescription of traditional Chinese medicine.It is reasonable to select photiniae folia、acorus gramineus soland and dried tangerine or orange peel as the main object of dispensing quality control.
