摘要
在大型复杂工程项目中,传统的二维图纸难以解决综合管线施工中各专业之间的碰撞、错误、遗漏等问题。结合工程实践,应用BIM技术进行复杂机电工程管线综合深化设计、碰撞检测、工程量统计、系统平衡校核、施工技术交底、质量问题跟踪、辅助编制专项方案等,有效提高了施工图纸的质量和施工效率,减少了项目协调和返工时间,缩短了建设工期,降低了项目建设成本,提高了施工质量,提升了技术和管理水平,取得了良好的经济效益和综合效益,为类似工程提供参考。
In large and complex engineering projects,traditional two-dimensional drawings are difficult to solve problems such as collisions,errors,and omissions among various majors in integrated pipeline construction.Combining engineering practice,applying BIM technology to deepen design of complex mechanical and electrical engineering integrated pipelines,collision detection,engineering quantity statistics,system balance check,construction technology disclosure,quality problem tracking,auxiliary preparation special programs,etc.,which can effectively improve the quality of construction drawings and construction quality,reduce the time spending on the project coordination and rework.And BIM technology can shorten the construction period,reduce project construction cost,improve construction quality,technology and management level.Also BIM technology can achieve good economic benefits and comprehensive benefits,and provide reference for similar projects.
